Special Note on Customized Products:

Return & Exchange Policy:

Pre-Shipment Confirmation: Upon receiving the product images or videos, please carefully examine and confirm the design. We'll do our utmost to accommodate your reasonable requests.

Post-Shipment Policy: Once the product is shipped, we do not offer returns, except in cases of product quality issues. This is due to the unique nature of customized products, which are made-to-order and may not be easily resold.

Exchange Policy: For exchanges arising from quality issues, we'll initiate the replacement process upon receipt and verification of the returned product. All expenses related to the exchange, including shipping, will be borne by us.
